Configure offer categories in Manager → Customer offers (pay mode Cash/card, balance, or free; effects like add balance or drink credits). On POS, with a member selected and the pack on, Customer opens the offers sheet.

Manager setup

Create categories (e.g. Top up, Bottles). Add offers with price. Default pay and effect control whether money hits the till or credits the member.

How it works — step by step

    Configure

    Manager → Customer offers → categories + offers.

    Attach member

    POS → Customer → select member.

  3. 3
    Sell

    Tap Customer again → pick offer → pay.
