Manager is the back-office for owners and managers. Overview KPIs, members (active / pending / inactive), staff & schedule, catalog, stock, day logs, events/tickets, reports, TV and settings. Turn modules on or off from Subscription — when a module is off, staff see Access denied instead of the screen.

In depth

Catalog & stock

Categories and products drive POS and waiter tiles — colors, photos, price units, stock tracking. Grams and kilos adjust in 0.1 steps; pieces and ml in whole units. Happy Hour adjusts prices in the live window.

People & hours

Staff accounts with PIN and optional NFC. Schedule shifts with PDF export. Work hours shows timeclock punches and pay when that pack is enabled.

Day logs

One night view across kitchen tickets, POS sales and stock movements — searchable by member when you need the audit trail.
